Nice looking but breaks constantly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a similar experience as trixie233. The microwave panel lights went out so I replaced the whole board. Then after another few months the turntable started turning on its own so I had a door switch replaced. Then after about 6 months the microwave started running after I closed to door without hitting start, except it would overheat because it was running but the table wouldn’t turn and the fan wouldn’t run. Then one day it was just off and won’t come back on. Not sure if I should just keep buying parts or if it will even come back on. Too expensive to have so many problems.

Great Microwave Convection Oven
This is a great MW Convection Oven. I cooked a meat loaf, turned out perfect. baked potatoes come out fluffy, scalloped potatoes, good. Everything browns nicely. Defrost works great! Well worth the investment!

Disappointed
I've only owned it a few years and it stopped working. It would spin when I opened the door but not when cooking. It's very pricey for kind of a basic microwave. I have a matte white dishwasher and fridge, and my built in space will only accommodate this size microwave. So, I'll have no choice but to buy another.

Doesn’t Match
Worked well. The door lock feature was annoying but got used to it. Main problem for me was it doesn’t match my other major appliances. It’s matte white while all my other cafe appliances are an off white with a semi gloss. Returned.

Love Features, Hate Door Lock
This microwave performs well, but the door locks and stays locked at the end of cycle. It cannot be opened by pressing the door open button - you have to press and hold two control buttons simultaneously to unlock the door. It is inconvenient and not intuitive, especially for visitors or children. Is this how all new microwaves operate or is this unique to the convection / microwave products?

Great until not
Worked great but died after a only a couple years with light use. For the price you'd anticipate this lasting several years but alas... very disappointed in the quality of the product. It died while not even in use - I went to reheat something and the touchpad was dead.

Not working correctly after less than 3 years
Have owned for less than 3 years. Muting itself, adding 30 seconds automatically, and other buttons being “pushed” only when in use. Something wrong with the electronics. It randomly adding 30 seconds makes it virtually unusable.
