Satisfaction TBD...
We had this range installed a month ago. The oven works nicely, however the front left burner (of which I cannot find in depth detail as to why this burner is different from the others) is not working properly. While cooking with this burner, all 5 other burners keep firing off to light. This is a few minutes into cooking - not while lighting. GE sent technician out promptly, who sent us an all new burner. The problem still persists. Waiting on a technician to come back again. Have yet to enjoy all 5 burners. My old Jenn Air had a toast option for the upper oven, so I miss that. But other than the burner issue, the oven works fine and it's nice to have the griddle. Just hard to clean.

Air Fry Standard Now
The Air Fry feature you use have to download when we ordered the stove back in May. As fate was on our side and the stove wasn't delivered until the 2nd week of Dec. The Air Fry feature was already built in. We've used it several times now and are adjusting the times and Temps as we go along, so far so good. The Wi-Fi set up was a pain in the A@# to set up and due to GE's Smart HQ App is not home network friendly. You need know what you're doing before setting the Wi-Fi up. Also after there is no way for say when the Timer goes OFF that your phone can Notify you with a Ringtone or Sound effect. At this point I give Smart HQ App an F.

Automated Kitchen!
We absolutely love that we can control the oven from our phone. It has come in handy while running errands and needing to get the stove warmed up so that it is ready to go upon our return. Too, we baked a turkey in under two hours on the convection setting. It turned out beautifully. It was seared on the outside and nice and juicy inside. We've used the griddle too. I love that we have options. Also, the bottom rack slides out, which is a super nice feature too. My sister has Cafe appliances and highly recommended them. I'm so grateful we went with Cafe!!

So far best appliance purchase in my new kitchen
I’ve been so happy with this oven. I love the two ovens and for my daily use only heating up the top oven has been fantastic. The build quality seems excellent. The handles and finishes all feel solid.
My only complaints are that some of the lower oven features are only available if you use the app, the air fry being one of them. A feature I love to use. I never bought an air fryer because it felt gimmicky but having it built in is perfect.
Also connecting to the app was a bit of a challenge. I had to go to Reddit to learn that my network settings were keeping it from connecting but once I changed them it connected easily.

Practical
I have had mine about three weeks. It has not disappointed. The double ovens do their job. No more compromising on how to bake different foods at different temperatures in one oven. I used to have a commercial stove but now realize the self-cleaning feature is a must have. I love the six burners. They all crank but the right and left front do the job if you need to boil or sear with a big pan. Who needs all the wasted space of what most four-burner ranges of the same size offer? The grill works great. We seasoned ours a couple of times and it cranked out perfect pancakes for a crowd in no time. This is a practical, powerful, and good-looking range.

Rivals my previous professional range
I prefer this range over my previous professional range. The burners are just as high-powered, more easily controlled, and the simmer feature is better. I've also used the integrated griddle much more than I thought I would. I love the versatility of the two ovens. The small upper oven preheats so quickly and is perfect for one sheet pan. My one complaint is that the front-panel touch controls are so easily activated. They're prompted when the upper oven is baking and opens, and sometimes when I'm standing at the stove. I have to remember to lock the controls, which is inconvenient if I have multiple dishes going.

Seems nice, but not without concerns
Due to the pandemic we had to wait 11 months for this to be delivered. It looks great, and in the brief time we've owned it (6 weeks) it was worked well, with one exception: cleaning. There is a steam clean option which we have tried twice; nothing gets cleaned, the water remains in the oven and it is cold. Have not tried the longer deep cleaning option but are hopeful it works. Other concern is that the oven features are all controlled by a digital/on screen menu and hoping this feature does not wear out/cease to function for many years. Of note is the smartphone app which can control some of these features.

Disappointing Purchase
I was excited for this purchase, especially because we are empty-nesters and I thought using the top oven would be more efficient for us. Unfortunately it has been a big disappointment. The rack inside the oven does not properly fit so it will not slide in and out without scratching the sides of the oven. When the rack is on the top there is not room for baking things such as Nana bread, because The rack is too close to the top of the oven. However, if you move it to the bottom it is too close to the bottom tray of the oven and your food does not cook properly. This has really been a big bust. Would recommend going with a traditional range/oven.
