If the authorized technician can't fix the appliance, SureBright will replace it with a comparable new or refurbished model or pay you up to the original purchase price.

The standard plan excludes cosmetic scratches, routine cleaning or calibration, disposable filters, knobs, shelves, racks, food spoilage (unless specifically listed), misuse/abuse, installation issues, and environmental damage (rust, pests, flood, etc.).

It covers mechanical/electrical failures of refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washers/dryers, microwaves, and similar household appliances, including motor, compressor, control board, and power-surge failures.
