Like the Smoke cabinet smokers, the offset grill is designed to meet Broil King's high standards. The large cooking chamber provides ample space for low and slow or high temperature charcoal searing; while the offset smoker chamber infuses mouth-watering authentic smoke flavor. It features 955 sq. in. total cooking space, heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, two-dual purpose charcoal trays, removable ash trays and fully adjustable dampers. The new Smoke offset grill is a perfect addition to the Broil King family and yours.
Dual-Purpose Smoke Charcoal Trays
Broil King's offset smoker comes with 2 easy-access charcoal trays located in the larger cooking chamber and charcoal grids in the small chamber. Just add your favorite wood chips or chunks.
