Broan BCSQ130SS 30 Inch Under Cabinet Convertible Hood

It took me awhile to find the range hood that had the features that I wanted, and this one fit the bill with some caveats. First, this hood is powerful without being too loud. I like the push button controls on the face of the unit, not underneath. It’s well made with nice welds and smooth edges.

I love the power of this fan and its three speeds. The lowest setting is super quite and as you would expect the highest setting gets a little noisy but not as loud as most. Installation was easy. The pushbuttons take getting used to, since you have a on/off button for the fan and 3 speed buttons.

I did extensive research for a new hood for our kitchen. We have a ductless exhaust so we needed a ductless hood or a hood that is convertible such as this one. The other main feature that we wanted was a hood that doesn't have an open space that shows the fan and all the other inner mechanical...

Works great. Replaced unit that vented through charcoal filter and was loud. This unit is vented outside and is very attractive,efficient and quiet. Lightning is bright without the heat. Replaced unit that was a little taller so made some adjustments underneath but well worth it. Love this vent hood

My friend wbo is a carpenter put the exhaust fan in cor me. Went in pretty easily. It's alot quieter than the Braun fan that it replaced. The fan is quite large and does a great job in venting smells and smoke from the kitchen. The lights are super bright, which takes some time getting used to.

Works well. Fairly easy to install. Preferably 2 strong set of hands. Taking the old unit out is easy. Few screws. Disconnect power. Installing is simply reconnecting positive/negative/ground wires. Hold the new unit up while popping in 5 new screws. Thats pretty much it. First 2 settings quiet.

Had it for about a year then button for light quit working no warranty so just jam a toothpick it to keep light on now

Reveived it today but the box says its 375 CFM and inside sticker says max is 280 CFM.. which number do I trust...:(

I recently completed my kitchen upgrade and selected this product. If I knew what I was doing I may have been able to install this myself. I recruited my neighbor who has some talent with these things and from the time we opened the box to finished project was 1/2 hour.

Looks great with my new stainless stove.
