Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Buyer Beware - not same Breville quality
The Breville Barista Touch is a stunning espresso machine and does truly make a great cup of coffee. However I’ve only had it for 2 months and it’s already broken. Spoke with Breville customer support and troubleshooted, deemed broken and had to be returned for a replacement. Ironically enough, standing in line to drop off the machine for shipping, I met *another* person with the exact same machine, exact same problem after only 5 months. And he said he was on his THIRD machine since the first two had problems and both were replaced! I love Breville in the past, but maybe the touch just isn’t the same quality. Unfortunate, but buyer beware!

Buyer Beware
This is a great machine...until it stops working. After 11 months, ours wouldn't start up, producing instead an error message: ER05. I searched the internet and learned that a lot of people are running into this, and that it has to be sent back to the company for repairs. If I had known this problem was so prevalent —evidently the wires that connect to a heating sensor are too flimsy and break — I would not have bought it. I suggest waiting to see if Breville fixes this in future models before making a purchase, otherwise you're likely to be greeted by this one morning and the headaches begin.

Great to start, but slowly died over 1 year.
We've had the Touch for one year. Initially, we were delighted.
Despite regular changing of the water filter and de-scaling, we have needed to extend the time of brewing over the last months. Taste has suffered, of course. Yesterday, it finally died completely. No hot water, no coffee, no steam. We will have to return it for repair, which is quite disappointing considering the price.
Currently, we're using a cheap, 10 year old drip machine from a big box store, which has been completely reliable for all this time.
We will follow up with a review of the service/repair outcome.

Same Issues with Temperatures as Other Posters!
Do not buy this machine. There are widespread well documented issues with it not being able to produce coffee above luke warm temperatures, Great machine otherwise, but if it can’t produce hot coffee it’s ultimately worthless and an exercise in frustration. Breville should be able to fix this but these reports have been out there for almost 2 years now. They are apparently not doing anything about it as no one has reported it being resolved. It’s a very common topic on the forums.

WARNING: White screen of death!
Had the Barista touch for a few months. Suddenly had an error pop up "Error 5" and I cannot navigate or use the machine anymore. Called Breville and they asked me to ship it to them for repair. Its been 3 weeks since I sent it and no update, I called them over a dozen times (twice as bad due to COVID when we need the machinethe most). Very disappointed since I've had a Breville for over 10 years (started on the barista express)
Needless to say I would not be recommending this machine to anyone and I don't plan to buy a Breville product ever again.

We are loving the Touch
We are very pleased with the Breville Touch. The learning curve to great coffee seemed very small. All we had to do was dial in the grinding setting to our coffee (and get some good coffee). The frother on this machine is incredible and allows you to get the milk just the way you want it hassle free. We are having fun practicing our latte art. For the first few weeks we said multiple times that ‘this’ is the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Definitely get a knock box and a good number of cloths for clean up. We got an extra milk picture but have yet to use it. Also the kids enjoy the machine making steamers (flavored steamed milk) and hot chocolates. We love it and are glad we decided to go with the touch since our kids can easily get hot water and steamed milk without any help.

Second machine - same grinder flaw - buyer beware
My original machine worked properly for about 4 weeks. There was a grinder malfunction and after trying to get hold of breville customer care for several weeks, they finally agreed to take it back and replace with the same machine. Unfortunately the replacement machine had the exact same issues. At this point I am seeking approval from breville for a full refund as I do not wish to have a third machine with the same issue. Time to try a new brand.
I will say that when I did hear from customer care they were very nice and helpful. Just getting hold of someone is hard!

Perfect espresso machine! Multi use & Quality.
Was really glad I got the touch screen to set up everyone's favorite drink settings for them & it looks nice. The immediate warm up is amazing so it can make a coffee or espresso faster than any pod machine, and the and best quality using fresh beans. We hardly ever use a coffee machine unless we are making a more than 2 cups or need a full pot. The americanos with this machine are far tastier than a coffee dripper. The only difference I saw between this and the higher end Oracle is I have to tamp myself, but honestly its so easy to do and so much more precise. Tamping is tedious though since portafilter can overflow with grounds when grinding and create a small mess on countertop if you don't tamp carefully. I like how I can dial in temp settings for espresso, and milk. Favorite is the Auto frothing steamer. makes silky smooth texture better than I can doing it manually. Machine is built well and solid. Completely satisfied.
