"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.

Breville Quality and Support is Outstanding
I am the proud owner of a Barista Express, purchased 5 years ago. I have the brushed stainless steel finish which is as beautiful today as when I bought it. It is truly a quality machine. The Barista Express has provided me with consistently excellent expressos, allowing me to tailor each cup to taste. I have had a couple issues with it, likely due to me not looking after it properly. Breville came to my rescue both times, restoring the machine, in a timely manner, to virtually a brand new state. Breville support has simply been outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I recommend this product and Breville, without any reservations whatsoever.

Great espresso, but takes practice and less heat
Nearly returned this machine because the espresso was WAY too bitter. After adjusting grind volume and coarseness/fineness + tamping pressure, we were frustrated by the mess of extra grounds and SUPER bitter coffee, despite hitting the pressure sweet spot every time. Finally, we changed the water temperature to 4 degrees COOLER than the factory default and the bitterness went away. Come on Breville, talk about unforced errors! At this point, we typically grind very fine with less beans, which means virtually no mess and we are still hitting the pressure sweet spot. This machine works great...with practice and cooler water temperature.

I'll probably take it with me if my house is on fire
Absolutely love my Barista Express. I've had it for about a year with daily 2-4 uses with no problem. I do wish the steam wand could be stronger, but you can get past that by frothing a bit longer.
This machine has transformed my daily routine- I look forward to getting up earlier so I can try out fresh beans I got from local roasters, having fun with the latte art (or lack thereof) AND this costs less than going to coffee shops where you'll occasionally get an half-ass espressos! I highly recommend you make the jump if you're on the fence about getting the machine. Your only regret would be you haven't gotten it sooner!

Its a phenomenal machine.
I've used it daily or twice daily for almost 4 years and have never had a problem. As an engineer, it amazes me how robust of a machine it is. It makes great espresso and gives the user some control, while still being very user friendly. Obviously fancier Breville models will have more bells and whistles, but this machine is my top recommendation for anyone looking for a semi-auto home espresso machine. I got it back in college. The price was hard on my wallet then, but I have saved over $1000 in college by using this over the cafe on the way to class without sacrificing the quality of my daily cup of coffee or the time to get it.

One maintenance issue in 7 years
We love this machine. This was a wedding gift and it's definitely our most used item. It's used every day for lattes (multiple times a day) and we even use the steam wand to warm baby bottles (much faster than a bottle warmer). We had to send it in once for repair due to our own error (don't get water in the grinder!), and I just called Breville again because it seems there might be something wrong with the pump or solanoid valve (low water pressure). Their customer support is excellent, and they make the repair process as simple as possible. I highly recommend this machine. I have a hard time finding coffee shop near me that make coffee as good as I do at home.

Great Machine, Great Customer Service
This is a great machine that makes excellent espresso. Grinder is superb, coffee extracts well, excellent steamer. Why not 5 stars? Only because it broke down twice. The return and repair service is fabulous--courteous, easy to deal with and quick. Got it back and it worked fine, but only for a relatively short time. Then the same issue came up. This time Breville said to return it and they would replace. Again, the easiest, no-hassle return I have ever experienced. They sent me a new replacement machine that, so far, works perfectly. So, great machine, some reliability problems, but excellent customer service. I recommend strongly.

100% Disappointing
Looks cool sitting on the counter, but does NOT work. If you want to waste a lot of perfectly good coffee, time, and money.... buy this machine. Absolutely impossible to regulate/achieve the pressure needed to create an espresso. After weeks of trial and error, reading every available tutorial, and watching hours of YouTube videos... we still have not been able to get this machine to work properly. It will not produce enough pressure to extract espresso, so you'll waste hours and lots of expensive coffee beans creating bitter espresso that cannot be consumed. Maybe we got a bad machine, but so far it's been nothing but a source of frustration.

Well worth the money
I bought this machine a year ago and promised I'd write a review after using it a year. When I was looking for a machine I read the reviews and I always look to find a negative review to even out the information I receive . The only negative I found a year ago was that some of the "chrome" color came off. My family and I have made well over 1,500 espresso coffees by this point, and they are still equally good as the first coffees. The machine is consistent, hasn't had any issue with maintenance, hasn't failed to produce a quality cup of coffee. I can't find any fault in it whatsoever. I'd buy another if this one burned up or was destroyed.
