Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Perfect cup of coffee! Beautiful machine for brewi
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine has a very pleasing appearance with its black, gray and stainless steel look. It’s great that this includes a water filter for the reservoir as it’s needed when you have hard water and it makes the coffee taste more clean! Love that you can change out the baskets to your preference too! I enjoy the mesh basket a lot! It comes with a cool spoon with one scoop being a single serving making it easy to measure out what you need! You have timers that you can set that will allow you to keep it as warm as you would like too. Beautiful coffee maker that makes a perfect cup of coffee every time with out it being bitter!

Brewing issues and lack of support
So far every time we try to brew coffee an error message pops up that says “ remove carafe lid”. But we have used just a cup or the carafe without the lid and with the lid and it continues to say this. And the manual also states you can fill up your cup and pour it in and brew that even if it’s below the single serving which is more than a single cup of coffee and my machine wouldn’t brew that either.
The machine itself looks very nice but we just got this last week and these issues are starting to make mornings more stressful especially given the price point of the machine. And support is always busy with long wait times so hopefully I can get through or help with these issues and I’ll change the review otherwise we will have to return this.

Disappointed
I have had this a month now and have to say it has not met expectations. Controls are terrible to navigate and the menus need a better explanation. The opening of the carafe is too small restricting access to clean and stains easily. Stainless smudging is constantly needing cleaning. Small pot performance is ok at best and navigating the adjustment for strength and temps is a fiasco. Filter basket cone adapter is cumbersome.
I would not buy this again at this price point I expect better from this manufacturer.

Absolutely horrible coffee maker, don’t be fooled
This machine sucks. I don’t know who is writing all these rave reviews or how it’s getting so good write ups by online product review sites.
The heating plate is set SO high it burns your coffee, and there is no way to customize it. The extraction is mediocre and the machine is loud as hell.
I guess if you’re looking for Starbucks or McDonalds quality coffee at home (ie burnt for consistency) then maybe this is for you. But if you want a smooth, quality cup that will allow you to taste the beans - buy literally anything else

You need this machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This breville coffee maker is stunning and so many custom options. I love that you can set how long you want it to brew so I can have it set to start at 6 am for me to wake up to. One of my other top favorite things is it cold brew coffee to! It has so many custom settings. This is something I would definitely say as I coffee lover I needed in my life and has made my life so much easier. With 6 kids I dreaded trying to wake up before them to get my coffee ready and this machine has been a life saver just having it ready for me as soon as I get up saving me time.

Not user friendly and definitely not worth the money
We were so excited to get the Breville coffee maker. It is hard to set up. The clock won’t stay on, the instructions are confusing. Can only find information and videos about past models and how to use them. And most of all, if you use the automatic program option, the coffee is lukewarm warm within 10 minutes in the morning. Very disappointed in this very expensive coffee maker. Thinking about donating it and buying a different coffee maker. Definitely disappointed and it is not worth the money.

Welcome pot of coffee!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am back to brewing ground coffee. I have been using the cups for awhile and was a little skeptical of using an old fashion coffee pot but this brewer changed my mind. I had bought a flavored ground coffee that I had been brewing in the other cup brand. I used that ground coffee. The difference was night and day. This brewer gave me a stronger, smooth cup of ground coffee than my single brewer hands down. I cannot say how they didn’t even compare. I love this brewer and cannot wait for my family to try it over the holiday weekend. I highly recommend.

Beautiful machone and great coffee!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine is absolutely beautiful - which is a major pro for people like me who value keeping their kitchen looking tidy. Unless you have an exceptionally big kitchen, you’re not going to be hiding this appliance in a cupboard because it’s pretty big, but you won’t need to because it’s so sleek. It elevates the look of the kitchen and so far has maintained it’s nice look even after being used. I’m no coffee snob, so I can’t speak to those technicalities, but for an average coffee drinker like me, this machine makes delicious coffee too.
