Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Powerful, yet quiet range hood
Installed this range hood last year as part of a kitchen remodel. The hood is very powerful and yet quiet. For most scenarios, we only need to use it on the lowest setting where it is barely audible. We've forgotten to turn it off on that setting. The next setting up is noticeable, but you can still have comfortable conversations. That's the setting we use for steak cooking, etc. Above that is only needed for some heavy frying and we rarely need to use higher settings, but having very high power settings is super nice. Of course it is much noisier, but still not too bad.
Couple notes on installation: Our initially sub-contractor installed a 6in flex pipe: that rendered the hood insanely loud and ineffective. Our code here calls for metal sheeting pipe and manufacturer recommended size which is 8in. My review is based on the metal 8in exhaust pipe which is about 6ft long to the outside. Also, in most jurisdictions you will need make up air for this hood unless you recirculate. In our jurisdiction it required conditioned make up air which meant it had to be run and wired into the furnace. It's easy, but your contractor needs to know what he is doing.

Very Strong
From the materials, design, function, and even the install instructions. You can tell this a well thought through piece. The steel is thick, the controls a very simple: 5 fan speeds, two lighting levels, and a kitchen timer. The flat deck is great for showing more of that backsplash/wall tile. Very modern and timeless.

Perfect Fit
I purchased the unit and installed myself. While connecting vent requires some know-how, the rest of the installation was a breeze. Elegant, stylist, and professional look. Love it.

Bosch Hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, the hood was easy to install and was adjustable to what is considered a low ceiling in today's kitchens! It's classy and from a style perspective fits right in. The fan is quiet and the lights are bright...a total bonus!

Looks great, and the loud fan works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen in 2014 and installed a 35.25"-wide Bosch DKE9465MUC above our new Bosch 5-burner range. (The spark-ignitor on the front-left burner came loose soon after installation and does not work properly, but that is a separate topic).
This Bosch exhaust hood with its three high-conductance filters certainly does work well, except that it is VERY noisy, even on its lowest setting (on the highest setting, it sounds like a jet airplane on takeoff). I would have hoped that the Bosch engineers would have noticed that this hood is fabricated from sheet metal that acts as a sound-reverberation chamber and they might have isolated the fan and motor from all of this stainless steel by using some sound-absorbing materials.
Not the case.
One bit of good news is that I was able to replace the two halogen bulbs with LED versions.

Much better than what I used to have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous hood was 1950's era (I think). It did very little and was a pain to clean. In comparison, this new hood is a dream. I love that I can put the screens in the dishwasher. On full power this hood is noisy but does a great job of taking smoke, moisture and grease out of the air. So far I haven't set off the smoke alarm once.

Safe Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think the Venahood is a great range hood with a sleek design and good performance. The stainless steel finish looks modern and fits well in my kitchen. The ventilation effectively removes smoke and odors, and the lighting is bright enough for cooking.
However, I’ve had some trouble with the touch pad controls. The control panel is positioned in a way that makes it difficult to access and operate comfortably. Sometimes, it gets stuck or doesn’t respond properly, which means I can’t easily turn the fan, adjust the lights, or change settings when I need to. This has been quite frustrating and diminishes the overall user experience.
Hopefully, future models will feature more responsive controls or better placement. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the hood’s performance and design, but the control panel needs some improvement. I have had to replace the power board twice already.

Fan works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fan works very well. My only criticisum is that I would have liked to have been able to use the hood lighting from time to time as a night light. Unfortunately, we can't because if the lights are on for any long length of time the hood becomes extremely hot.
