It’s designed to install flush with cabinetry with a stainless steel finish and a 6.2 cu. ft. total oven capacity. With speed and ease of use in mind, the TFT® Touch Control with SteelTouch buttons allow you to easily select cooking modes and templates from the integrated control display.
Everyday baking and gourmet cooking have never been easier with 14 specialized cooking modes including no preheat custom baking options, a pie setting, and proof setting. Additional baking settings include third element convection, convection bake, convection broil, convection roast, dough proving setting, pizza setting, and more, with a recessed 8 pass broil element for maximum capacity and enhanced safety.
Two halogen lights give the oven cavity maximum illumination, while extra-large windows allow you to monitor baking without reducing oven temperatures. EcoClean® provides efficient two hour self-cleaning. EcoChef® saves energy by using the remaining oven heat to complete the baking process. Other features of the Bosch HBLP752UC are a full extension telescopic rack, temperature probe, baking timer, and a Star K® certification.
