Blue Snowball USB Condenser Microphone with Accessory Pack (Gloss Black)

The microphone market is vast, with pretty much every make and model protesting that theirs is a ‘professional’ piece of kit, even the ones you can find for £9.99 in Argos. For those without specialist knowledge it can be a daunting arena to enter for the first time, things get even more confusing...

Used mostly for Zoom calls. Audio quality was much better than my laptop's built-in mic. Liked that I can keep it closer to me with a longer USB cable, even if the camera is far away. Like that it has omnidirectional capability, though I doubt I'll personally ever need it.

I got this for a specific recording project and could not be happier with the results. Keep in mind the microphone is quite sensitive so things like script shuffling will pick up on it. Since it's unclear, there is no accessory pack. It comes with the pictured stand and a USB cable.

I like it, and will probably use this mic for a good long while before upgrading to the yeti pro. I would recommend looking into the Ringer universal shockmount as any slight bump can be heard in the mic audibly. A pop filter is also a given recommendation

  Will knock one egg off because mine didnt come with a manual, and the yeti pro is the obvious choice if you are a stickler about the best of the best with that 192hz quality as this mic does not record that high of a quality.

This microphone significantly improved the quality of my Zoom calls at work and recorded training sessions. With a quick and simple setup, I was ready to go. The feedback from my audience indicated the sound quality was terrific!

I thought I was going to get the older version with the printer cable, but no! I got a newer one with a new connector, (I dont know what its called, but it looks like an android charger)..

Stand is very stable, I have a unique situation where I have the mic stand on the circle on the bottom on my desk. I do so because of the height of my monitors, but it works pretty well, so nice job Blue for not making me use the stand.

Works really well I wish it had been on sale as I've seen it for much less at times, but I needed a decent cheap mic for work presentations and this fit the budget well.

I use this Mic to record videos for YouTube, and selected this version because the Omnidirectional pattern works well for the times when I have to record more than just myself. The stand is a little silly looking and picks up all lower frequencies (good luck typing while recording), but with the Blue Ringer Shockmount and a stand it makes for a great addition. keep in mind, its the size of a large orange, so if size is an issue, might want to go with something smaller.

This was the perfect mic at this price point. I think that if you are doing anything short of music production this will do the job well enough without setting you back a large chunk of change.
