Blomberg's Pro-Style Dual Fuel Range features 5 sealed gas burners. Two (2) wok burners can reach a powerful 20,000 BTU, and the rear-left burner is designed for gentle, simmer cooking. The large electric oven feature convection cooking to evenly circulate hot air around the oven's cavity. There is plenty of room to cook on the oven's three (3) chrome plated racks. With a sealed burner cooktop and a self-cleaning mode in teh oven, cleaning is Nolonger a chore.
