This grill sizzles with 740 sq. in. of cooking surface, 56,000 BTUs across four cast stainless steel burners with a 10,000 BTUs infrared rear rotisserie burner. In addition, push-and-turn primary ignition, back-up flash-tube secondary ignition and cross tubes, the Blaze-BLZ4NG generates a reliable flame every time. Heat-zone separators accommodate multiple foods simultaneously. The 304-grade stainless steel hood ensures even heat distribution, but no discoloration, and its flame-stabilization grid cuts flare-ups dramatically. Finally, a full-width drip tray facilitates easy clean-up.
