it was a little bigger than expected but. the quality is superb. it is nice and rigid and not heavy at all. and it can be used almost with one hand, a stable surface to do photography in a pinch and for action photos.
I have an old Nikkor 400mm f3.5 manual focus lens that weighs about 6 pounds and is front heavy; it is not practical to hand-hold and shoot this lens because I cant use the normal technique that one uses with an autofocus telephoto lens, which is to support the lens with my left hand while using the...
Was using a Manfrotto tripod before buying this monopod. Was looking for versatile support for long lens. Tried this one. Even if it's not carbon fiber, it's lighter than what I had previously. Still have it has the usage is different but it's really easier for quick picture setup.
I recently purchased this monopod to complement the Manfroto model 294 tripod I already owned. Added the Manfroto monopod head and it worked great. Monopod exceeded expectations. Solid build and the height I need. You cannot go wrong with this get it now before they realize that it is under priced
We just bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace a somewhat heavier monopod. So far I'm very happy with this purchase which has been used both with mid size and compact video cameras as well as a DSLR. It's light weight, sturdy, and a decent height when fully extended. I would buy this again.
Much better than my Manfrotto XPRO. More sturdy than Manfrotto. Also when extending Manfrotto is really wobbly and loose like it's about to come a part but Benro is made well. It feels like it's going to last for ever. Buy Benro over Manfrotto with confidence, you won't regret it.
Seems great! Very substantial (more so than expected) and although only used on one occasion - so far - very happy with it. Wide rubber foot and a solid locking mechanism, it's something I'm expecting a lot of use from. For the price, I'm really impressed.
This monopod really is a no brainer if you are looking for a solid, well made, strong, quality, monopod, with great extension ( well over feet ), I'm ft and I have available extension that will take the camera well above my head.
i've a benro combi tripod which is excellent, this mono pod mada is equally as excellent and can easily support my f, and extends to the right height as i'm ' " tall. I think sometimes you pay for a name rather than the product, this is great quality and was a great price
Very well built and a great valve.
