I have several models of Behringer boards for different band configs. I didn't hesitate to get this 1202FX when I needed a small sub-mixer because I knew the Xenyx mic-pres would be transparent.
I hesitated at giving a 5-star rating because of the absence of a power button, but decided all the other great things about this mixer overshadowed that. This little mixer lacks nothing that I need in a mixer and has a footprint comparable to my 10 tablet.
Solo acoustic sometimes duo.. perfect for an easy set up. Dial in your favorite reverb, set it & go. Light equipment. I am very careful with it since it could be delicate. Don't want to take the chances of finding out.
When added to the EON ONE , even though the EON ONE has a built in mixer , this just gives the sound a extra boost. Just my opinion.
I now have two and use them with stand alone high power PA amps. They sound great. I have a bunch of Behringer gear and have never been let down.
I have used it for to listen music from my computers(desktop and laptop), to play karaoke adding microphones and effects. It is compact, and reproduce very nice sound. One thing is not great in it: doesn't have power on/of switch.
I needed a small mixer to sub mix my td-15 drum set ,it was perfect .the mixer was easy to use, plenty of channels, and the price was right. In my option if you need a small mixer this is the one.The only negative i have is the mixer doesn't have a on-off switch.
This is a very good piece of equipment that should handle most of your needs for small and larger venues. The build in FX processor really adds a great touch. Don't know where your going to find another piece of equipment that does everything this will at this price.
Easy to use, and digital audio processor works great. Small footprint. The only thing that can be considered as a negative is that it gets warm so make sure you have good air circulation when using for long time.
I can say this if you're recording with it it does have some background hiss that is a little annoying but for live performance it does really well. It has some solid sounding Reverb on it
