Behringer HA-400 - Headphone Amplifier

This is a great solution for 2 or more headphones - like in a podcasting or interview situation.Individual volume controls mean everyone gets to adjust to what they are comfortable with.

I was introduced to this outstanding multi headphone amplifier at K2BSA at the 2017 National Scout Jamboree. There we had one of these amplifiers driving four headphones at each of our eight simultaneous operating positions.

I have three units in my home studio. Great for working with a band and not upsetting the neighbors!

For those situations where more than one operator wants to listen to one rig (ex, Field Day), this is the trick. No concerns about headphone-impedance mismatches, differing ear sensitivities, etc... each user has their own volume control! Well-made German engineering. -Mark K0EX

We needed separate volume controls for the headphones my wife and I wear during our podcasts. She needs hers hotter than I like, especially because the volume she prefers really aggravates my tinnitus (too many years as a Top 40 disc jockey).
