This amp kicks! It runs cool under heavy loading too. I really like the low-cut and clip gain reduction features to ensure my PA cabs don't fry when I'm pressing them hard. It is a HEAVY beast at 35 lbs but that's cause it's made of steel and inside there's heavy duty transformers.
Using to power main speakers for children's worship. Well built, nice connections for hook up, good visual LED's on front, and plenty of power for our 1100 sq. ft room. Sounds Great!
Nice and easy install, works great. Fits very nice into rack
Replaced an existing Europower mixer-amp and what a difference! Clear, clean output without the humm and occasional popping we used to have. We're far from using this unit to it's full potential and are super pleased!
SO FAR IS WORKING VERY GOOD ,EASE INSTALL.
I use this amplifier for my home cinéma. Plug on my Yamaha, low level frequency. I use two pioneer 400Watt Rms in 2 Ohms double voice coil. Ok at 40 and 50 hertz. But wooowwwwwwwww very very very lound at 25 and 30 hertz. I had a Crest CPX 1500 and burn. I buy a Behringer EP2000 and more satisfed.
I have a 2000 and a 4000 and both work great. Fan is a little loud but they do run cool. May buy a third. I use on the home stereo!
Cut and dry, this amp has all the goods, terrific power and clarity, all necessary connections and most important a low,low price. I find of the lightweight amps to be mostly that,"light",heavy on the price. If you are installing this in a permanant location, you just can't beat it!
