Beats has taken the same headphone that so many people know and love and improved its battery life dramatically, but the price is still too high.

The Beats Solo3 Wireless is a well-built wireless headphone that sounds good in both wireless and wired modes and is relatively comfortable to wear for an on-ear headphone. Its battery life is best-in-class (40 hours) and has a remote control built-in to the right earcup that's easy to operate by...

It's expensive, and doesn't sound quite as good as other wireless headphones that cost $300.
Beats as a company have come a long way. Since Apple has owned the company, their sound has changed as well. I’ve reviewed a few pairs of Beats headphones since Apple has taken over and they’re certainly not the same as the Monster days.

Love the Mickey Mouse design, Clean and subtle design (aside from Mickey), Apple has refined the Beats sound, Comfy for over ear headphones, Nice felt carrying case, W1 Chip on board, Battery life and Bluetooth are solid
-
-
While Apple has refined the sound, Beats are still leaning to the bass side, Like the Beats Studio3's, the clamping power is significant, No USB-C charging, No pocket inside carrying case for cable storage
The Beats Solo3 Wireless is an old set of headphones but still works reliably well with iPhones, due to W1 chip integration and AAC support. Siri fanatics may want to look into the Beats Solo Pro noise cancelling on-ear headphones; otherwise, the Beats Solo3 Wireless hold up well in 2020 with just a...

Class 1 Bluetooth, AAC support, W1 chip, Battery life, Fast Fuel charging, Connection stability

Discomfort after one hour, Pain with glasses, microUSB charging, Dubious construction
The Beats Solo3 Wireless headphones use Apple's W1 chip for easier connectivity with iOS devices and deliver a balanced Bluetooth audio experience for bass lovers, but feel a tad expensive.
-

A bit overpriced., Headband can get uncomfortable during longer listening sessions.

Powerful, bass-forward (but balanced) audio performance., Apple W1 chip enhances experience with iOS devices., Detachable cable with inline remote for passive listening.
The Beats Solo3 Wireless ($300) needs no introduction. Its predecessors have been extremely popular in recent years, and equally infamous to many in the audiophile community. The Solo3 is the first headphone available using Apple's...
The Beats Solo 3 headphones’ amazing battery life make them better for iPhone 7 users than any other on-ear headset. They’re expensive and a bit heavy on the bass, but the Beats Solo 3’s 40-hour battery life is worth the price.
The Beats Solo Wireless are already now in their third generation. Developed as a listening companion for iPhone 7 devices without conventional headphone jack connections, these new additions to the Beats line-up boast an impressive operational life before the battery requires a recharge.
The Beats Solo3 Wireless are decent mixed usage headphones with a reasonably balanced sound profile. They're almost identical to the Be...
The Beats Solo3 is a modestly over-warm and laid back headphone; inoffensive and without serious flaw (unlike earlier Monster models) these headphones will be sonically satisfying for most consumers. Build quality and styling are very good; numerous color choices are available.
The newest wireless Beats on-ears sound great, but still squeeze your head and wallet
Apple is really doing it: they're taking a brand that has the dominant marketshare in the headphone marketplace despite having had subpar audio quality, and greatly improving it while adding groundbreaking features that will take the competition a year or two to catch up with.

W1 chip, 40+ hours of battery life, portable, understated design, bestinclass comfort and isolation for an onear headphone, fun sound signature

Slight lack of clarity in the highs, bass bleeds into lower mids at times (rarely), lowend could be a tad more detailed
Had wired beats solo 2. Super nice headphones but I got sick and tired of the wire popping out all the time when weight lifting. These solo 3s connect very nicely with my iPhone! They are loud, comfortable, and look good. Hopefully these last a long time!
They are so pretty but are very uncomfortable on my ears. They hurt pretty much instantly as they flatten down my ears in an uncomfortable way. The audio quality is fine but for what you pay, they should be better. There are better options out there for the price! I will be returning these.
I actually run and workout in these. Buds won't stay in my ears. These are perfect. Not super bulky and heavy. Pairs instantly with my Iphone. Of course they have that great Beats sound. I would buy these again.

Not super bulky. Stylish. Light weight

None thus far
I love my solo beats 3 , their way better quality then any other Bluetooth wireless headphones. It's also compatible with Apple iPhone. The other headphones in the past had a lot of issues comparing with iPhones in general alone with bad reception.
This is the second Beats headphones I have purchased. They look great, and perform well sound wise, but they don’t last long. You’ll get a good year’s use, before the material starts to peel off the headphones ear piece. Will be trying Bose next, hoping the quality and construction is better.
The bulbs are little smaller that I expected, so it don't cover my entire ears but the sound and the battery are excellent. Over two weeks I have it so far and only charged it once.
I like these headphones mostly because they are very portable and lightweight and vecause they have lots of bass

Flimsy Construction
These headphones show the improvement by using Apple's W1 audio clip: better battery life and sound. Just compare to the Solo2. I was choosing between Bose QC35 and Solo3. Even though there is no active noise cancelling, I was really happy with these in noisy environments (i.e. airplane).
Great quality, sleek design. Very comfortable for long periods of time 2-3 hours. Finish is nice no issues as of yet. Had for a few weeks
