This works for me!

I ordered this microwave for two reasons: 1. It was advertised to have the possibility of turning off the annoying ding that rings every so many minutes if you forget to open the door. It does NOT have this function. It does have a particularly annoying bing!

Bought this online, had it shipped to nearest store, which is one hour away. Got it home and it doesn't work.

After using this microwave only a few times it got VERY warm to the touch on the outside and there was a burning smell-returned it.

We bought this because of space constraints, and it seemed a decent purchase at first. However, within the first month we owned it, it started to conk out in the middle of simple, short cooking jobs if we had used it within the previous hour.

We ordered this model specifically for the dial. It is being used by a person with impaired vision and this is what they requested. The microwave we received has digital buttons to push - a completely different model but same model number. Very disappointed.
