We are using them in our church for miking a piano, podium and using them for our bass singer. Have used them for years and have never had a problem with any of them.

These small, reasonably priced, phantom powered, cardioid mics are small with clean audio, but are not as directional as I expected. They are not shotgun mics and perform more like Omni-directional mics.

This microphone is a very good value for the money, and it is suitable for many studio or live applications.

This is my second Pro37, to use as a stereo pair. These are my go-to small-diaphragm condensers for home recording. To my ears they sound especially good going through a tube mic-pre. You're not gonna get the cream/warmth of a vintage KM 84, just a basic transparent sound that gets the job done.

This is the second time I am writing a review on PRO37. This microphone became less attractive since the price is doubled recently. I currently have 8 of them. I will purchase several more if the price drops to below $[$]again.

We are using these to mic marimba and vibes for marching band. They work great and produce great sound.

We now have four Audio-Technica Pro 37's. They are used in a house of worship setting for instruments, two on the piano and two that rotate picking up the bell choir and occasionally micing other instruments such as guitars and cellos. On occasion they have even been used for voice.

I'm recording acoustic guitars and am very happy with the Pro 37 and am delighted at the price. Would highly recommend.

A great inexpensive mike that is great for vocals and acoustic instruments. It also works well as a podium mike for speaking. Has lots of volume before feedback and a natural sound.
