For anyone wanting to experience good quality sound without shelling out hundreds of dollars, ATH-M30X has to be your next purchase.
Punchy bass Balanced audio response Simple and rugged design Comfortable to wear for long hours Great passive noise isolation Low price point
Harmonic distortion at higher frequencies Sound stage feels a little constricted near the head Too long cable Non detachable cable
The Audio-Technica M30X have a surprising amount of audio fidelity for their price range but have a poor soundstage because of their closed-back design. They perform above-average for neutral listening but may lack a little openness.
I have had this model of headphones for a long time and they work great still. Some cracks on the leather part around my ear but minor. These are so good my brother even bought the same model too after trying mine out.
Sound quality for the price they are
The part wire broke in one place, had to repair
I use these with my two-way radio. I can pick up faint stations, and my wife doesn't have to hear the static I'm trying to listen through. I can have them on for over an hour with glasses on and no problems! They are well built and worked great out of the box.
Comfort, sound quality
For the price ,, you getting a great studio quality headphone from-a great company ,nice balance sound and comfortable.. am very happy with my purchase,, I definitely recommend this headphones for the studio musician..
I bought this primarily for plugging it into my guitar amp but since it's always next to my computer I'm also routinely using it for listening to music and even for video calls. The sound quality is good for me and I feel comfortable using it even for a longer period of time.
This headphones are amazing for what i use them which is recording music. I dont reccomend them for on the go since they dont have detachable cables for that you should look at the next model, but for me and anybody starting university and studying sound engineering go for it.
These headphones have a clear, crisp, high quality balanced sound. I love the long cord because I bought these headphones for guitar practice. These headphones also work well with my my computer and smart phone.
This product was everything I expected it to be. The sound quality is amazing. If you're looking for a pair of studio headphones for recording done at home that are affordable, these are definitely the ones to get.
I've owned these headphones for about 4 years now and I couldn't be happier about my initial purchase! Great value for a great set of headphones that will never let you down. The long cord can be a minor annoyance when you're on the go, but that's not really the purpose of these headphones.
Comfortable, Decent Sound, Durable, Good Value, Stylish
Cord Too Long
As trendy and popular as the wireless headphone world is getting, part of me still loves unraveling some cords and plugging my equipment in directly. I’ve used AT for a few years now with the AT2020 mic, and when I saw they had headphones I decided to give them a shot.
For the money, these are fantastic. The sound is true to the recording. If you are looking for lots of bass, these are not right for you. There is a bit of favor to midrange on these headphones but to truly appreciate the range of your music this will be appreciated
