Overall theses are another quality offering from Audio-Technica. The bulk of my complaints about these are purely personal preference. The most critical issue to consider is the weakness in the low end, and even that may fall into your range of preference if you are not a booming bass person.
The ATH ANC40BT delivers great audio for its price of Rs 14,990 but makes compromises in some aspects. The earphones are capable of delivering detailed lows, smooth mids but fall slightly short of impeccable highs.

Well balanced audio, Works in both wired and wireless mode, Decent Active Noise Cancellation, Good battery life

No Type-C charging port, Takes around three hours to fully charge, Multi-device connectivity issues, Uncomfortable for prolonged listening sessions, Noise cancellation slider could give out over time, In-line controls don't work in wired mode
Feature-packed earphones for those wiling to make a slight sound trade-off for extra tech.

Good ANC, High-quality bass, Practical design, wireless

Some sibilance, Mids not that smooth or rich, Some Bluetooth glitches
I bought 2 different ear buds for use working around the house and work. The other ear bud are B&O Play H3 for ($) These are going back and keeping the Audio Tech. The battery life and sound quality on the B&O for the dollar amount sucks! The Audio Tech out performed in sound and battery life.
