Great for field interviews where a mic flag is needed.
works great and is inexpensive. Solid quality as well.
I had been using a Shure SM58, but with a mic flag, the handle was not long enough. The handle on this is perfect for ENG-type interviews, with a mic flag (and a Sennheiser wireless module attached). I looked at Beyerdynamic, Sennheiser, Electrovoice ENG mics - and a few others.
This works great on-stage picking up sound to the camera or hilarious interviews with my niece.
Not much to say, works great wired or wireless
Excellent mic for the price-point. No issues.
Good mic for the price. I used this and the Sennheiser MD-42. I can definitely hear the difference in quality between the AT and the Sennheiser (with the Sennheiser being substantially better).
You can't go wrong with this mic.
After own it for about 1 year now.I still feel this is the one of the best purchase. It just add so much value to your video production.I can use XLR to 3.5mm cable feed the sounds directly to DSLR. Since the mouth of the person talking is very close to the mic.
Very good mic and an affordable price.
