Both the Amazfit GTR 2e and the Amazfit GTS 2e are excellent health and fitness smartwatches. I honestly don’t mind that they removed the taking phone calls on the watch feature and Wi-Fi connections because they were features I never used on the high priced Amazfit GTR 2 and Amazfit GTS 2.

The Amazfit GTS 2e looks like the Fitbit Versa 3 and offers a heap-load of health and smartwatch features for a budget-friendly price. It might not be the most precise running watch, but it's more than adequate for tracking everyday fitness activities.

Is the Amazfit GTS 2e worth buying at Rs 9,999? Let’s go over it again. The GTS 2e looks handsome, has a large and stunning display, offers smooth performance, has lots of fitness tracking functions, an overload of sensors, and has enough “smart functions” to keep the geeks happy.

The main functions of the device( steps, workouts, bp) seem to be accurate. Have no way to dispute them. However the auxiliary functions (body temp, alexa, compass, weather, voice recognition etc) are sketchy at best and don't meet the quality expected based of the price of the device.

I decided on this as I would get all the data I was after without features I would not use (phone calls) I was surprised to find it would control Youtube Music player on the iPhone. Nice bonus. I am still exploring features at a fraction of the Apple version.

I'm very pleased with my GTS 2e. It's stylish, accurate,and comfortable. I have a smallish wrist and I was a little bit worried that it would look too big on me, but It doesn't. I am amazed that such a large display can fit on my wrist so well. Definitely recommend.

I am having trouble with body temperature and the blood glucose reading are in mmo. My glucose meter has mg. If there is a way to fix that it would be great.

Notifications DO NOT work, the main purpose I use a smart watch. Forget the fitness apps / settings which all smart watches are only focused on. Only YouTube video I found to attempt notifications to work is titled “ Notifications Do Not Work.” It’s going back, waste of $ and time.

Such an elegant watch for me! I have the Rose gold trim with lilac (more mauve to me) band - quite neutral and goes with anything. Comfortable and counts my swim laps perfectly. You have to play around with electronics and utilize what works best for you.
