I hooked it to my hdmi and computer as a second monitor and it works real well real easy to set up -

We bought this when our old monitor went bad. I like the fact that we have multiple inputs on it. It is so much brighter than the old one. I would recommend this to someone looking for a fairly inexpensive monitor.

I bought this monitor to replace an Asus VH226H that I had bought back in 2011 and had used for around three years until its CCFL backlight went out. As a successor to that, the VS228

-Matte coat has pretty good consistency, there are very few shades I see disconformities during video panning with.

-The monitor I received does have edge bleed, though is only noticeable in use on the left side, which has five areas that jut out by close to half an inch. Its only noticeable with shades near to black (most grays unaffected).

Some reviews would have you believe that those buyers really expected a truly high level monitor for this bargain price. Well. That's their misgivings, not the monitor's. I have watched several HD videos (even more old school non-hd television programs), done some simple photo editing and quite a...

The monitor is purely amazing. The picture is very clear and it is very easy to set up. The settings are easily adjustable. I had this model for about 3 weeks and no issues so far.

The screens I bought (2 of them) are exactly what I wanted and then some. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on everything is that once I hooked up my screens I saw "Pixil snow" on my screen. I was scared that it was a bad graphics card, but it ended up being a bad dvi cable. (for both screens!

I purchased 2 of these for our church's worship software presentation system. They are the right size for our application and look good. We've been happy with them

I've been running two of these for about 2 years, they're great for productivity that way. My first one was an upgrade from an old 15" CRT, so no surprise that I liked them. One of them has even survived being shot at near-point-blank with an airsoft pistol with minimal colored lines through the...

-HORRIBLY wobbly, the stands are absolutely awful

I upgraded from a 18" 2010 gaming monitor and the first thing I noticed was the size difference and dpi quality. My old screen display could only max out at 1367 x 687 which was ok but I use a drawing motor with it. This monitor allows for a 1920 x 1080 display which is far better.

I purchased this as a production monitor when filming shorts and commercials. It will work great and I also purchased a stand bracket that pairs well with it. It does not say IPS I do not believe but it appears to me that it is. Low power draw and can run off of a VML battery which is awesome!
