Asus’ G11DF runs modern games well enough that you won’t notice any serious slowdown for the next couple years, and it keeps up during everyday use. This desktop does have strong competitors, though, and they keep the G11DF on its toes.

Strong gaming performance, Compact, Good performance value

-
Unimpressive case design, Cheap peripherals

Will it run the latest and greatest games at 4K? Not without dialing back the detail settings some. But given its under-$1,000 price tag, what it can do is still pretty impressive and makes it an easy system to recommend, if you need both moderate gaming power and CPU muscle.

Reasonably priced midtower for serious 1080p game play, Roomy case with distinctive exterior design, Decent performance for the price

A little light on RAM, Some additional lighting would have been nice

Thanks to AMD's new Ryzen processors, it's getting easier than ever to find a good gaming PC for under $1,000. Just look at the Asus G11DF, which packs an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card and other powerful components into a sleek and compact $999 package.

Strong gaming and VR performance, Affordable price, Compact, sleek design, Upgradeable

RGB lighting feels half-baked, Lackluster accessories, Not the best overall Ryzen value
I have had this tower for about a month, and it is working great. Pretty great mid-tier budget tower, and no assembly required
