Altogether this is a really good investment for the price, i had it for a month and adide from the clock, I had no issues, if any issues like blue screens do come, its just due to windows 10, not the laptop.

For a 15 inch laptop its pretty lightweight and runs well and surprisingly it doesnt make a lot of noise unlike all the hp laptops I had.

Occasional lag, sometimes its computers sometimes wifi, but u can never really tell which is which. I had the problem of the clock giving me simultaneous errors everytime i change the time, but nonethless u can jist adjust manually and it gives no problems.
At first I was worried this might not be the best option because I really don't need touch screen ability and thought that might degrade the display visibility. It doesn't. After applying updates to Windows and pruning out the added junk and tweaking Windows and defragmenting, it performs pretty...
I haven't had any of the issues mentioned by other reviewers. Wi-Fi, touchscreen and charging port all work great.

Lightweight, red, number key pad, touchscreen, low price

A bit slow, but that was expected at this price
Great laptop for school and it runs my games pretty well too!
I would run away from this unit. I have already been burnt. Don't do it.

Nice price and the specs read great

Slower than any Core i7 processor I've ever owned. I've paid more for every notebook I've ever bought. Do not be misled by seeing i7. I've had dual-core computers that were faster. I have an i5 that runs circles around this unit. You get what you pay for. No CD/DVD player.
great product; well made easy to use has keypad and dvd drive.

I see nothing really truly negative in the reviews, so why oh why would one degrade a rating on a true $500 spec'd machine with a mechanical hard drive complaint? I just picked up a new

I missed this good buy.
i would have spent 100 more to get a better keyboard, and quality plastic

The shell is nice

The fan is super loud sounds broken
Do note that this computer does look like it has windows 8.

i7 processor on a $500 dollar level computer is very good. 1 TB memory card will have you set for storage.

I wish it had some SSD. The SSD just allows for the speed edge by letting you store the most important things on the SSD. There are some Acer E5 models that have 130 SSD with there normal 1 TB HDD.
This is my first Asus computer after a long run of Dell workstations. I was planning to go super high-end on a replacement but the price of this Asus based on its specifications was too good to ignore. I had immediate remorse with the unboxing at how cheap this laptop appeared and felt in my hands.

Good screen resolution, good audio, decent performance, almost no bloatware

10-key is non-standard, keboard volume buttons don't work, camera is of the lowest quality, construction is cheap, wi-fi is outdated and appears not upgradable, long boot time
