For the cost of this oven I would had thought that Bosch would have a telescope rack that would fit the HBE5452UC model. Makes no scene as to why no one would want a rack system that easly pulls out included. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We like the design and function of this oven. We have used it for over a month now. Our only complaint is that the control system is not very intuitive. We attempted to bake a lasagna last week and somehow managed to pause the heating cycle and the lasagna was not done on time.
To say we love our new Bosch oven would be an understatement. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but well worth it. Convection multi rack is my daughters favorite for baking cookies. The app and wifi connectivity are a god-send. Love being able to preheat oven from comfort of couch!

I purchased this oven in of this year June and it was installed in August. It is by far the best oven I've ever owned. It looks beautiful, it is easy to use and can be operated away from home or just downstairs.
