The Yamaha NS-AW150W outdoor speakers might not be quite as rugged as our other picks, but they offer an affordable way to have solid sound output both indoors and outdoors. These speakers are water-resistant and suited to outdoor use, but must be somewhat shielded from the elements (installed under...
Bought the exact same pair 12 years ago and the only reason I replaced them is one of the screens ended up destroyed due to a stray football or frisbee. They still sounded good, cones were in good shape and really had no other issues. I live in Syracuse and it has some pretty harsh weather.

Got a pair of these speakers for a simple application: under-eave outdoor mounting driven by a Sonos Connect Amp. Speaker mounts are high quality. Speaker audio is clear and decent for the price. Max volume is moderate, limited by Sonos perhaps. Speaker is solidly designed.
Bought six of these for a project. Deployed one, started making cracking sound after 2 hours of indoor usage. Tried a second one, same problem. Apparently, I’m not the first person with this complain. I’m just gonna send all 6 back. I won’t recommend this to any one.
I've had these for a couple years. They sound good for what they are. Music comes through with good clarity. Lacks any bass or low end significantly though. These would need to be paired with a subwoofer or another set of outdoor speakers with a larger woofer to have any low end to compliment the...

Grills fell off, lacks bass significantly
I have been using this pair of outdoor speakers for nearly 3 years without any problems and purchased an additional set. I will recommend to anybody who wants to use robust speakers for outdoor use.
I have been listening to them Outback behind my house for the past week. There is no way that you can get Better Sound for the price. They sound great.
I got 5 years out of these, now one of them has water in it and quit working. I had them mounted angled slightly downward so I never gave it a second thought, but that side just quit one day. I took it down and opened it up and it has about half full of water.

Cheap, sound pretty good and easy to mount.

Only 5 years old and one leaked water and quit working.
I bought the speakers to hook up to my receiver as an add-on to the larger speakers at the opposite end of the room and they sound great!
I run a shelter and needed a hardy speaker to mount in our newly remodeled dog building. These worked perfectly! It's a 60' building and I used a speaker on each end. It's just about perfect. I was thinking maybe one more in the middle, but I think the two will be ok.
these are some of the best speakers Ive ever heard. I found that going from a 50wat source to a 100watt per channel source pushed the bass to new levels with no fall off or issuesimply beautiful sound. 100% buy recommend
