A behemoth of a color laser all-in-one, the Xerox VersaLink C405/DN prints well, is respectably fast, and comes with a ton of features, but lower running costs would make it a better value.

Excellent print quality. Reasonably fast. High-yield toner cartridges available. Strong set of security features. Single-pass auto-duplexing automatic document feeder (ADF). Lots of mobile connectivity features including NFC.

Somewhat expensive. High running costs. Big and heavy. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct are extra.
Very pleased with this printer, easy to use, love the touch screen function. Would highly recommend
Much bigger than I anticipated despite having the measurements but it is a quality machine. Not the most straight forward to set up (for me) but Xerox customer support spent hours on the phone with me until it was all sorted.
Overall good, but the setup took a little bit of doing. In spite of having the duplex on the machine the system did not recognise it immediately and it had to be changed manually.
We have just changed from a MFC Brother printer that we have had networked for many years. This was appealing for its reduced costs in ink and feature rich programmes. It has been so difficult to configure, cant import a csv address book without an error message and trying to work out the SMB...
Excellent product, no problems whatsoever. Easy set up and automatically added itself to my pc.
