Awesome microwave. Super easy to use, very nice big clock, and strong blower motor.
I purchased this microwave two years ago. After the first 2 months, the control panel went dark and had to unplug to reset. Call Whirlpool and they have been back about 6 times to try to fix it. They have replaced the door serval times and an inside box.
I did not realize how much I was missing an Alexa-connected microwave in my kitchen. I pick something out of the freezer and look at the reheating instructions, then as I walk towards the microwave I say "Alexa, set the microwave for 3 minutes at level 8"; and by the time I get to the microwave it's...
Super quiet not happy that we had to replace the bosh I originally ordered.
The core microwave features are OK but the tech is so badly designed that it makes it more painful to use on a day-to-day basis than a simpler model. The price difference is a waste of money at that point.
