Whirlpool 5 cu. ft. White Stackable Front Load Washer with Sanitize

Very disappointed in the users guide! Small print, incomplete info, doesn't include the cycle details and the cycle details ARE NOT available online for this model. Phone support is atrocious. On three different calls I was told "I just don't have that info"...no follow-up or escalation.

I am loving this washer! I am a small person and enjoy the front door. Nice to throw the load in rather then standing up on my toes to place my items in and stepping up on my toes to get the load out!

The washer itself does a fine job, but the touchscreen is laggy and the wifi connectivity (the main reason I bought the model) is a nightmare. Wifi drops on a weekly basis, with the only option is to turn off the circuit breaker on/off.

Does its job well and is beautiful. After 2 weeks, I am still learning how to operate it. I have to hold the start button down for about 10 seconds before I know it's starting.

Definitely loving the bulk hopper for the detergent I can just throw my clothes in and hit the start button no need to measure out detergent everytime I do a load of laundry. The smart features are a huge help for me since I am always outside or on the go I won't be around to hear the end of cycle...

We replaced our old washer and dryer we used for quite a few years. I guess after years of use with little trouble, they both just wore out. Since our experience with Wwhrilpool had been good, we replaced both with new whirlpool washer and dryer.. we are pleased with our new appliances.

Washer installation was simple. WIFI connectivity and APP works OK, BUT after few washes we got several times RANDOM error codes that WATER WAS OFF. I had to cancel washing and restart and sometimes it worked and sometimes I had to restart again. Water supply never was off.
