this is the first front load machine I own. Wash seems ok. I read online reviews that says front load machines tend to leak out of the door. I have not had the machine long enough to get to that point. I believe this is an issue with all front load machines over time.No complaints on the washer.

front load efficient washing
Upon opening the door the 1st time it fell apart. The unattached latch fell inside requiring the whole door to be taken apart and reassembled. Zero quality control.

$800 for a mechanical apptitude test?
We have had a set of Whirlpool Duets for about 10 years in another house that we never had any problem with but last year we purchased a set of Samsung's for a rental property that turned out to be TOTAL JUNK. The washer shook so bad on spin cycle that it was shaking the entire house.
