Wow. ok. The pictures of this thing really don't convey what it actually looks like. I was hesitant because I wasn't crazy about the strange design but this thing is so cute! I can't believe how tiny it is! As far as performance have had no issues ... it's my 3rd WD passport external drive ...

I'm reluctant to write a definitive review since all external hard drives work flawlessly until one unexpected day they stop appearing on the desktop. I have six in a cardboard box that will never live again.

This device was effortless to install. It is great. Backed up everything from my old iMac and transferred it seamlessly to the new one.

Very easy to set up, took about 5 minutes and it started to back up my iMac. The backup was fast & noiseless. Great product for Mac computers!

Of course, WD portables are great with Macs. I use mine to hold all my photos, and have set up my computer to recognize the external HD as the library for Photos app.

I was looking forward to using this external hard drive. It doesn't show the icon anywhere on the hard drive or other areas to work with it. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to try to get it working, it was past time to get my money back. Save your money and buy something else. Have a good day.

Easy to use! Get it!

I was able to backup twice. Then the backup disk could not be found on my pc. I tried it on another pc and same thing. I changed the cord and same thing. I need to get help on what to do. Let's see if I get a reply.

Works great! No problems. I use mine for saving large video and raw photo files.
