Compact, sharp, and bright This Vortex Vulture HD 8x56 Binocular is the most compact 8x56 anywhere (a mere 6.6in length). In direct comparison with the Viper HD, Monarch 7, and even the Conquest HD, I did not perceive a substantive optical advantage on those more expensive models.
