Used on a Mac Pro 5.1, and Monterey 15.01 operating system, installed with Opencore Legacy Patcher. The driver installer returns an error message, but it still installs the driver, and the wifi connection works.
Overall this is a decent wifi adapter if you're on a budget. It caps off at about 11 megabytes per second which is perfect for me but could be too slow for some. Occasionally the computer will get disconnected from the wifi but I have yet to figure out if that is a the adapter's problem or my wifi...
bought the wise tiger brand adapter instead on another website. it was cheaper and it worked.

Didn't work with windows 10, it would connect to my TPLINK router but no connectivity. It would connect to my phone's hot spot though.
This is supposed to be a dongle compatible with Linux. But the chip is not recognized by the kernel and requires to compile a module. But the source code is buggy and either typo or wrong/obsolete library is used and the module doesn't compile right at the beginning and I don't have the time to...
I've been using it for a while now and it's a good idea to have it on my computer, but I'm not sure I'll be able to use it on my computer. The only downside is that it's not very powerful, good for putting a fixed computer on wifi but won't go through big walls, only in the same room or if it's thin...
I bought this because the wireless network card in my laptop kept dropping the internet connection. The good: installation was easy. On Windows 10, the included CD setup had it working quickly. Found and connected to my network easily.
Clear instructions, driver cd worked fine, and connection is stable and strong. Up and connected in about 2 minutes. Had to get this when Windows 10 didn't like my old Realtek. Good value from a good brand, I use a TP-Link router as well that has held up for years, don't expect any less from this.
Connected to a fixed PC running Windows 10, it is recognized directly. For Linux or Windows XP users, simply switch to Windows 10 and use their non-standard environments in Virtualbox. The key will be recognised. Personally, I installed MOJAVE and Windows 2000 SP4 like this, and it works.
Works as expected at a great price. Nice alternative to trying to replace a laptop antenna.
A lot of the newer adapters don't work without drivers on Linux. I've had some issues with wireless adapters and drivers I download under linux, so this was what I found worked the best. Signal seems fine, better than expected for how small it is, haven't had a problem. Very happy with this adapter.
