The new edition of Technics EAH-DJ1200 come with a noticeable upgrade: a new, detailed, homogeneous sound and a replaceable cable. Can this DJ classic continue its own success story?
I have recently just bought these after owning my RP-DJ1200 headphones for about 12 years. These are definitely a step up with a tighter response by the new drivers and more comfortable around my head. So refreshing to have a new setOn to the next 12 years!
Great product.
These are really loud nice for deejaying good bas mids and highs I have always wanted a pair using these for the first time ten years ago they are light which means you can wear them for a while and easy to fold away
Used the previous model for 10+ years and they sound better than these. If they weren’t falling apart I wouldn’t have upgraded. Unfortunately I’m a creature of habit and this model was the only one I was willing to use, so I’ll stick with it since I only need to hear the beat.
Fantastic headphones to add to a collection
Had my old pair over 10 yrs (DJ) awesome upgrades on new version. Dex
Tried this one and found it poor sound quality with lack of highs and strong mediums. At this price, it s not acceptable, i cannot recommend.
Good

after using the RPL1200 cans for over 20 years these are billed as their replacement, they don't hold a candle to them. sound quality probably half as good. build quality a quarter. adjustable parts became loose after minimal use and internal wiring failed after appx 6 months dreadful headphones
