Purchased on December 2021. Decided it was only going to perform for one year and 3 months. Now I can't get it to turn on even if I used a hand grenade. I've had plenty of 10 or 15-year-old televisions. This is the first piece of garbage to only make it a year and 3 months.
This TV has annoyed me more than any other I have even owned. It constantly freezes, even when the internet signal is excellent. It resets all the time on it’s own in the middle of a program. The remote sends commands, because I can see the white light flash, but the tv does nothing.
Welp. Its august 3rd. Warrantee was up august 1st. Big black line showed up today. Hopefully they do the right thing and fix or replace the tv. Other than that i have another one of these and got 7 or 8 people to buy these tvs because theyre affordable and good quality but 2 days after warrantee...
I bought this TV a year ago to the month..It was on April 2018 when I bought it. I have been very happy with it UNTIL NOW. in the last few days My picture looks as if the display is bleeding from the top. It is a TV a bought for my Bedroom so its not like it gets a lot of watching hours on it.
We are now sold on Smart TVs! The picture quality is excellent, and the viewing options are great! The only thing we have noticed that we have to get used to is the sound quality. Volume is inconsistent, ie, sometimes we have to turn it up for the next show, and sometimes we have to turn it down.
This is the second one I’ve bought and they go out too quickly. I have a vizio and a hosense that i bought 2 years before this and it still works. Not worth it. Won’t buy again
I love roku TVs, but this model is frustrating. It disconnects from WiFi periodically and the sound through the apps is awful.
This tv goes out after about a year in half. The sound will start to add year two and then the tv screen will start going black soon after.
Good product
I really liked this tv at first when purchased August of 2018 but then the problems began. By 2021 it was unrepairable.
