Speed Queen 3.2 Cu. Ft. White Top Load Washer with 4 Cycles

I had a Japanese washing machine that always rebalanced and restarted and has unending cycles. I am so happy I replaced it with this simple no frills speed Queen. The cycles are short and efficient.

My brother has worked in the appliance parts business for decades, so when I needed to replace a washer, I asked him for a recommendation, and he said hands down Speed Queen made the best, most reliable products, so that is what I got. It runs quiet and does a great job cleaning the clothes.

For years, I had a washer that frequently went off balance- even for small loads, and then it would stop! It could take hours to finish a small load of towels. I wanted a machine with simple mechanical operation that did not think it knew more about washing than I did!

Bought this washing machine Sept 27th, 2018. Costly, yes! Great investment. I say you live once spend the money wisely. Works very well. Comes with an agitator not found in other models which is very important if you want your clothes washed clean.

I haven't had the machine long enough to say how durable it is. I purchased the item because I was told that it was the most durable on the market. I have an active household, doing laundry for 8, which means if 3 loads a day are not done than you fall frightly behind.

Poor description here. I thought I was getting an old school water-guzzling top loader. What I got was a high efficiency machine that doesnt use much water and the lid locks through the whole cycle. This is basically a top loading front loader.

My mother got this Speed Queen Top Load washer and would not stop talking about it. A few months later, our washer went on the fritz and the repairs would've been almost as much as a new washer so we opted to replace it. Now, I'm the one who won't stop singing the praises of this model.

Love this washer. The only thing we didn't plan for is that the pump evacuated the water so fast, our drain pipe doesn't drain that fast so it spilled out onto the floor. We corrected that by installing a sink which drains, but it's at least a temporary place for the water to go.
