On balance the picture quality in a room with little ambient light is very good. It will take you a few hours of fumbling through all the combinations of settings to arrive at something you like unless you're mostly concerned about football.
Attractive Design, Clear Picture

TV works as advertises. Connected to an old Dish satellite box it is hard to obtain a HD picture, not the TV fault. Set up was relative painless. HDMI cable(s) and connect to power source and it is almost ready to go.

Instructions needs more detail. The setup routine program is not mentioned in the manual. Acronyms used are not clear.

Replaced a Sony 32" LCD hd that I have had for 10 years which still works great. Bought this one due to 4K and to help my vision issues. Picture is excellent for purity of color.
