Sony HT-CT790 330W 2.1-Channel Soundbar System

Off the bat, this system was easy to install. I was able to get the TV sound and bluetooth from my phone up and running in under 5 minutes. Pairing with the subwoofer is simple. The sound is good, and clearly a step up from the TV speakers on my LG.

I hooked up this unit to my LG 4K tv. After the software update it seemed to operate more smoothly. I will be returning this product because it does not sound any better than the TV speakers. There is no low end punch. To get any sound out of this you need to crank the volume level up.

The bluetoothfeature is GREAT and sound can go really loud.TV no longer sounds plain and flat.Took a star off because the bass is OK, I was expecting more but got this for the sound bar. It can be noticeable in some instances, perhaps I haven't really tested it completely but its there.

This sound bar is impressive beyond its looks; a smaller foot print sound bar hides its 300 W of total power. The subwoofer hits perfectly especially at medium or higher volumes (at lower volumes I feel the bass drop dramatically) and meshes well with the rest of the sound bar's output.

Good full, well balanced sound, beautiful and classy aesthetically. The wireless subwoofer gives one a better option where to place the speaker anywhere in the room . Goes perfect with my new Sony 55" 4K tv. Very easy hook up utilising the Bravia connection system.

I really love this. Shows me how long I've been living with mediocre sound with just the TV sound. If you do not have a sound bar, get one. If you get one, this one is a start.

This is a must have when you have a PS4 Pro. Excellent sound and have 3 HDMI ports that support 4K and HDR. Nice feature to have with the wireless subwoofer.

Very good high and midrange, decent bass. But should be set at maximum for cinematic effects. Very good fit and finish and easy to set up. Very good sound effect when TV sets to sports mode.

After three days trial, my only real complaint is, as others have already noted, there's virtually nothing coming from the subwoofer even with the sub volume maxed out. But I'm not ready to return it quite yet. Also, be aware this soundbar is really designed for wall hanging under a wall hung TV.
