I love this lens for infrared and ultraviolet photography. It works great. No hot spots, it’s the primary lens I use on my Sony A6000 full spectrum converted camera. The lens is light weight, and the image quality is great.
I've tried several APS-C Sigma lenses as well as OEM Sony lenses. This little lens is probably the greatest sleeper on the market. Meaning, it doesn't look like much. It doesn't feel like much. It's not even priced like much. But the photos it takes are quite amazing.
Very sharp, light. Worked well for me be I removed the baffle and installed it on my Sony a7. The vignette is manageable, the only down side is focus is a bit weird, it searches for objects all the time.
Love my new 19mm wide angle lens for my Sony a6000- I’m an amateur photographer and the lens seems to be an incredible value for the quality pics it produces
I wanted a wide angle prime lens to use with my old E-mount camera and thought I would try this after considering pulling the trigger for years. It is worth it. It is a compact lens that pulls in landscapes very well with minimal distortion, unlike the kit lens. It is definitely worth the money.
I am very happy with the product...worth the money
Great value! I’m a beginner and this satisfies my need perfectly, with an affordable price.
Glad Sigma came out with quality lenses for Sony E mount. I like it
This is an extremely sharp lens. The only thing is, I wouldn't recommend for video, for some reason the lens does this crazy flexing and warping at the edges while filming. If you shoot at 4k and crop in you should be fine, but if you don't have that capability, I wouldn't recommend it for video.
I used this on a Sony a6000 and it is the perfect fit, giving me a 28mm equivalent. The lens is sharp and focus well on the Sony. A good buy.
