This became my favorite lens for the A6000 and I use it more than any other lens. It is very sharp and small and was inexpensive.I just found out that Sigma came out with a 16mm f/1.4. It sounds even better than this one. But it's almost twice the size and quite heavy.
I love this lens. It's perfect for my Sony A5100. Due to the crop factor, I thought it would show less distortion but I'm still okay with that. I use the Sony as my everyday camera and for professional photos, I use my Nikon D850. If you like the wide lens look, this is perfect.

Produces high quality photos for a small price. Highly recommended lens.
Its a really great lens for photo but for video its always hunting for focus ( only the part that is not on focus) it is only visible on a computer or tv , really annoying
Sigma's prime lenses are truly a bargain, and sharp, too!
Product works with no problems.
Fantastic lens, does a great job with low light, and landscape style photos. Great for indoors with close quarters.
Sharp lens. Unusable for video. Autofocus causes weird vibration of background when shooting video. Very odd.
