Sharp R309YK Black 1.1 cu. ft. Capacity Countertop Microwave

It's easy to use but this micowavewas too noisy and we decided to return it and we bought another brand such as a LG that was much better.

I bought this to use at work where size and speed are my two main focuses. 1100 watts is only 100 more than most other microwaves of comparable size (1.0 cu ft). I've owned other sharp models and I've never had a complain. Taken care should last 10yrs or so. I like how it looks in my office.

I love the Microwave, and it works very well. However I was extremely insulted that the clerk neither spoke or understood English. She pointed to the screen for me to type in my personal Information with a clerk next to her translating.

I would give it a 4 because the microwave does not sit level and there is no way to adjust the front feet. I had to put a small sticky pad to level the front of the microwave or it would tip when touched on the top. Otherwise it is a great microwave as far as cooking and ease of use.

Like other reviewers, I miss having a light inside the oven when the door is open. Otherwise, I believe this model sustains Sharp's usual high standards for microwave ovens. I'm a little concerned about its life-expectancy, based on the comments of others, but so far, so good.

Our unit lasted just under two years. The magnetron quit. The keypad is difficult to read, especially in low light conditions, a daily annoyance. The push pad used to open the door is stiff in operation so the unit is pushed back when you open the door. It is a light weight oven.

This is my 2nd Sharp Microwave Oven of exactly the same size and power. The old one lasted 15 years and I finally got tired of looking at it and donated it to Good Will, but it was still operating perfectly.

THIS MICROWAVE IS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR ANY FOOD. AND THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!

I use it a lot, I really love it so far.
