You get what you pay for: The $499 Sennheiser Momentum Wireless headphones are nearly perfect. The design is timeless, albeit a tad understated, and the rich audio with the spacious soundstage is trademark Sennheiser. I also appreciated the quick wireless setup and the intuitive controls.

Sennheiser Momentum Wireless Over-Ear is for those who think their music is priceless

While the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless M2 AEBT doesn't sound as good as the passive Momentum models, it does sound better than any other Bluetooth noise canceler I've heard. I'd characterize it as good upper mid-fi when run passive on the wire, and a notch lower with the power on.

I've become a big fan of wireless headphones over the years with aptx codec, bluetooth 4.0 technology, and li-ion batteries becoming the standard. This allows more of the battery to be dedicated to driving the headphone rather than maintaining a connection.

The first thing that strikes me is how compact and high-end looking they are.The noise-cancelling technology is very good but does not drown out background noise completely.Battery life is advertised at 22 hours and I’ve managed to keep it going for around 17 hours of calls and music.

I'm using this high-end headphones daily and I'm impressed by quality.The combination of exposed metal and stitched leather in the headband and earcups makes for an elegant look.On connectivity it has very fast connection with smart device via Bluetooth and NFC.

Stylish and solid design and easily foldable to fit into the supplied zip up case.Sound quality is excellent with focus on bass while not overpowering the overall sound. There's a good balance and I'm hearing things in songs I hadn't noticed before.
