The price of $300 still seems too high for a pair of true wireless headphones. Especially since Sennheiser may have tried to offer more value by reworking the battery life and adding active noise reduction, these two points are absolutely not the best assets of the Momentum True Wireless 2.

Sober and serious design, Sound crushes competition, Complete controls, Good, but not great, battery life
-
-
No wireless recharging, The ANC falls short of the competition, Rigidity in EQ, High price
“Sennheiser managed to make the best sounding earbuds even better.”
-
+
Unrivaled sound quality, Stellar active noise cancellation, Simple setup and controls, Revamped battery life, Sleek aesthetic

Expensive, Comparatively bulky design
With their first attempt at the end of 2018 , ever-reliable German audio brand Sennheiser produced the best pair of true wireless earbuds I had used up to that point. So I was understandably excited to try the second generation when they were announced earlier this year .

Audio qualityRich, punchy, balanced sound — you'd expect no less from Sennheiser and they deliver the goods., ANCDecent noise cancellation, especially for earbuds of this size, coupled with good passive isolation.
-
-
Lack of independenceSince it's the master, you can only listen to the right earbud by itself., CaseComparatively large and without wireless charging, although it is very well made., Price$300 is still a lot to pay, even for some of the best true wireless earbuds around.
The Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 are okay for mixed use. They're somewhat comfortable, but may not be the best choice if you're wearing them for multiple hours. They're stable enough for light physical activity and their noise isolation performance is satisfactory enough for cutting down...

Sleek and well-built., Carrying case has three additional charges.
-
-
ANC is only a slight improvement over passive noise isolation., Low battery life, even for truly wireless headphones., No NFC or multi-device pairing.
It’s not often that I have to refer to a manual while I’m reviewing something, but that’s exactly what I found myself doing while reviewing the $300 Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 (MTW2).

Sublime sound, Snug, comfortable fit, Customizable controls, Solid ANC performance

High price, Unintuitive default controls, No wireless charging on the case
A lot has happened in the True Wireless headphone market in the last few years. Many big players including Apple, Samsung and Huawei have entered the market, and many technical developments have taken place.
Sennheiser has successfully addressed all my complaints about their first true wireless model. The fit is more ergonomic, the battery life is infinitely longer and the technical design flaws have finally been fixed. The sound is the same, but the Momentum sound signature needed no improvement.
Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 is at the moment right up there among the best truly wireless earphones you can invest in....
The thing is, who doesn’t like good sound. And that is what most earbuds do and do well. But there are very few that take the next step, from the zone of good sound, to the one where they pretty much set the benchmark.
Well, I’m happy to say the Sennheiser Bluetooth earphones are clearly superior in one aspect – audio quality. The detail and resolution are indisputably a notch higher.
With input from users based on the first generation, Sennheiser implemented active noise cancellation (ANC) and improved the ergonomic design to further enhance the listening experience of MOMENTUM True Wireless 2.

I sold a pair of WF-1000XM3's to buy these. So far, with 3rd party foam tips combined with ANC and they are almost as sound blocking as the Sony's. The sound reproduction is amazing, I am listening to music I have heard hundreds of times with new clarity and instrumentation I haven't heard to date.

Great wireless earbuds sound quality is fantastic amongst the best right now with deep bass and crystal clear sound,ANC option is great to block outside noise so you can listen to your music in peace. The earbuds tip fit great in my ears. This is best earbuds in today market
I have some Grado SR225 earphones, Bose - QuietComfort 20 active noise cancelling wired earbuds, and Klipsch Image X10 Noise-Isolating wired earbuds, and these earbuds are equal to or better sounding than any of them. Battery life is good for wireless ANC earbuds.
I've been using them for seven weeks now. Within the first few days I noticed that they held a charge very well and a pair quickly is soon as you remove the right earbud from the charging cradle. They have excellent sound, although The EQ that comes with this more control app isn't worth using.

Comfortable fit, excellent sound, cosmetically appealing and intuitive smart controls

Expensive and the volume could be slightly louder. Plus, the equalizer on the smart control app could be much better.
Although these headphones have never fallen out of my ears during use, even when doing a quick shake test, these take some getting used to. Using all sizes of the adapters included, I have not found a fit I am comfortable with, which is my only complaint.
Excellent sound quality. If you are looking for the best reproduction of your music files in a wireless earbud you have to try these.
I own top level wireless earbuds from two other famous manufacturers, and the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 earbuds leave the others in the dust. The Sennheisers are comfortable and feel secure in my ears even during exercise. But their best aspect is the sound-utterly fabulous.

No wireless charging capability.
Solid overall with good sound quality out of the box. Comfort is good for my ears and the variety of tips was great. App for controlling EQ and settings leaves something to be desired. Pairing is easy but not seamless. Glad I didn't pay full price for them.

While these earbuds feel like they might fall out, they remain in place while I exercise. The sound is very good but the noise cancelation is only fair. They are not in the same league as my full size headphones but they have a different use.
