Lacks "Transparent Hearing" mode
The Sennheiser CX True Wireless are good for commuting and traveling. They're compact and sturdy, which makes them a good option for on-the-go use. Their six-hour-plus battery life is decent, and their charging case supplies enough power for roughly two additional charges.

Great build quality., Full-featured companion app.

Struggle to block out bass-range ambient noise.
The Sennheiser CX True Wireless is a versatile, reasonably priced pair of true wireless earbuds. It doesn't excel at any one thing spectacularly, but it reliably checks most of the boxes you'd want in a low-to-mid-range product.

No active noise cancellation. Maximum sound level could be higher. The silicone pillows often slipped out of our ears, we had to resort to alternative pillows.
“They pack some of the best sound you'll find in an affordable set of earbuds.”
These new low-cost true wireless headphones from Sennheiser go by the name CX True Wireless and, with a recommended retail price of 129 euros, are cheaper than the now discontinued CX 400BT and also remain well below the price of the Momentum True Wireless 2 .
I believe Sennheiser has knocked it out of the park with another great true wireless. As an update of the CX400BT, it’s more arguable on which one is superior. The sound signature has a lot to offer, with a wide soundstage and a balanced timbre with a ton of customization due to Sennheiser’s Smart...
This is the second offering from Sennheiser that I have seen in the ‘sports earbuds’ category. Being wireless means that it matters not how much vigorous exercise you do as the only connection is between the two buds whatever position the rest of your body contorts to the earbuds stay firmly rooted...
The Sennheiser CX True Wireless headphones are a cheaper yet greater upgrade than its predecessor, the CX-400-BT. In fact, it’s also better than a lot of wireless earbuds on the market.
These have been awesome, after my first go at "true wireless" earphones!I tried out the Yamaha offering and was really disappointed in them, and they were a real chore to use, these on the other hand will just connect with your phone whenever they're brought out. No pairing, no faffing around.
Like the simplicity design, and the sound quality.
Comfortable fit, and with a decent EQ app you can really experience the full dynamic range and tweak them to sound incredible (out of the box without EQing they sounds like a muddy mess, but clean up very nicely once you tackle problem frequencies)
Excellent in every way, charge time, battery life and sound quality is as advertised.
They work for what I need for I feel the sound could be way, way better. I have changed the ear inserts around to make them more comfortable but nothing works and still make my ear sore.
I use these with both the phone and notebook for work, they work seamlessly. Highly recommend.
sound is fine. biggest issue is there is no auto device switching, says it can connect up to 8 devices but you can only switch device via the app
I would advise against buying these headphones. They have terrible tinny sound, no bass.I couldn't even use them to answer any phone calls. When people would call I'd have to disconnect the Bluetooth and use the handset.
Great sound quality. But will never be as good as over-ear headphones. They tend to slowly start to fall out and I don't always have my hands free to put them back in. I changed the size of the in-ear part but it still slowly comes out.
I purchased these Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earphones because i've previously bought corded Sennheiser earphones previously and found them to be exceptional quality. I needed a new pair and decided to go to wireless this time. I have been left disappointed.
