I used this in an Alibi brand 8-channel IP NVR and it is working great so far. These are 4k cameras and send a LOT of data to the drive all the time. No problems with recording nor viewing recorded files. I would buy this again.

Super duty drive. Easy to install
Installed this in my Night Owl surveillance system. The original was a 1TB and was getting really noisy. This unit plugged right in and the system prompted me to format it. Start to finish...10 minutes. This unit is silent. Very happy this Hard Drive.
HDD worked for couple of weeks then crashed and company is not responding to my request to have the product checked
