The T S/H-1 is updated model, based on Schecter's Tempest shape, has a single cat's eye sound port with a semi-hollow maple body, modified to be slightly larger to take advantage of the semi-hollow body's acoustic properties. A 24-3/4" scale maple neck is topped with a rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl block inlays.Design features unique to the T S/H-1 include a specially designed Vintage 'S' tailpiece, that creates higher string tension at the bridge to produce more sustain and balanced tone. The Schecter SuperRock MH humbuckers with ceramic magnets are overwound to provide increased output and treble bite while retaining classic vintage looks while a separate coil-splitting toggle switch gives you more tonal flexibility.
