CFast 2.0 memory cards were specifically developed for next-generation professional video applications as 2K video was common and full-frame 4K video was gaining traction among high-end production companies and individual enthusiasts.

When you first look at the Extreme PRO series you will raise an eyebrow and will start to wonder that exactly has been changed over the Extreme II series from SanDisk. Well, when we purely talk about peak performance, sure nothing much.

Not all solid-state drives are created equal. SSDs using cheaper NAND memory and controllers - value drives - focus on sequential speed as the headline-grabbing figures. Premium consumer drives exhibit similar out-of-the-box figures but, crucially, offer up much better long-term performance and...

We were also lucky enough to get our hands on a second drive which we combined in RAID 0. We are happy to report that performance scaled well and the dual drive config provided exceptional results.

The Sandisk Extreme Pro 480GB has certainly not disappointed. Sequential performance is excellent and, like many of the latest drives is pushing the SATA 3 interface to the absolute limit.

I bought this SD Card for use with my Next Base Dash Cam for the first month Ok, but then the dash cam started having an issue with stop and starting recording. After a bit of research and then getting in touch with NextBase found it to be this SD card.

As I expected this SAD card is just great. What has happened lately is the disappearance of smallercapacity SD cards. I prefer to have 8 or 16 megabitson a card so I can organize my cards and know betterwhat I have photographed before each trip to an area! Hope someone comes out with more 8 & 16.

I used this card in my Amazon Kindle device because I was having trouble with playing music. The music would stop momentarily every now and again with seemingly no reason. As soon as I installed this card, the problem went away. Music now plays smoothly with no problems whatsoever.

Been using this card in my Nikon D3300 for a global trip and it's wonderful. Recently used it in Northern Norway and Sweden to photograph the Northern Lights and even though it was sub-zero temps (-20C/-4F) it never flinched.

Write speed is good enough that only a tiny bit of buffering occurs when you shoot 8-10 FPS. For single shot use, you wont notice a difference between 95 mb/s and 300 mb/s. For the price, its definitely worth it. #sweepstakes

I bought two of these to put into my GH5 for Wildlife and Landscape shooting trip to Montana. I am there right now and it is just gorgeous here in the Yellowstone area all the way up to Bozeman... with the exception of the haziness and smoking is caused by the wildfires from nearby states.
